Warehouse Facility

With the international standard, our warehouse can store more than 22,000 items. All items are racked orderly and recorded in the high software system.We offer you wholesale deliveries of original spare parts Volvo. All spare parts specified in the price-list, are available in our warehouse and are ready to immediate delivery.

Parts Supply:

• With new parts supply system, Logistic Partner Agreement (LPA), Eka Dharma guarantee a high parts availability in all our sites.
• To prove our  Total Customer Satisfaction we give 24 hours service for our valued Customers in Kalimantan and Sulawesi.
• Parts supply is supported by inter branch network linking branches with the regional service center to ensure continuity of supply of parts. Parts availability ensured through Eka Dharma’s computer monitoring system and supported by  Volvo Indonesia Warehouse.

Credit Facility

Eka Dharma provides a facility called Credit Limit to customers. Customers just fill the Credit Limit Form and sent it back to us to get the approval.
